I can modify THIS posts, and most of the other posts in this thread, but not the three that I made ~1 hour ago.

Stunning Blow is not worth it anymore.

Your enhancements do not add up correctly.  you cannot take core 5 ravager with 29 APs and therefore cannot take tier 5 at 30 APs in this set up.  You need to add one more into it if you want core 5.  Even if you try to take one point back, the enhancements reset and refund you 10 pts when you click accept.

I still have a Monk mutt (12Mnk) with a pair of those in Ninja Spy... I've been trying to hang onto it out of nostalgia but if there's no Monk pass soon I'm considering this. I was thinking a Rog base though, any good stuff in Barb I've not considered specific to Celestia or is it just Celestia is great and Barb is great so doublegreat?

Very awesome for ERing, but still going to generally be using picks at end game. They are great in general, but excel in any situation where you're not bypassing DR. (because Celestia ignore DR as long as you take care not to add damage types to it.) Optimal vs Deathknight. It's all piercing so no need to feat change or anything.
