This is too easy.

The named ToEE weapons.. like Elemental Bloom that I mentioned in your quoted post does not get the "Epic Elemental Evil Set" quality which gives the +20 quality bonus to Melee Power/Ranged Power/Spell Power.

The only items that get that set bonus are the Base ToEE crafted items which are pretty crappy for a THF.

Have you ever even ran ToEE?  Do you ever think before posting something?  Or is thinking beyond your abilities?

On a staff build.. yes.  But hey I'll make it easy on you.  On a build with 0% base double strike a 3% increase would be a 3% dps increase. 

To have that be equal to 20 melee power you would need to have 600 Melee power.  Can you create a situation/build that sits at 600 Melee power?

So.. I still await your "Situation"

You don't get the Set Bonus with the named ToEE weapons.  Only the Crafted ToEE weapons.

Okay.. so I give you 3% off of that 600 melee power at account for your double strike or 18 melee power.  Lets also throw in 3% of non-melee power weapon/ability Procs.  Lets be really generous and say you can get to 300 points in non-melee power procs per swing.  That gets you another 9 melee power off.

So, your "Situation" requires a build with 573 melee power.  I'll be generous.. get me a build with 500 melee power and I grant that it might be at least possible that 3% double strike is better than 20 melee power.

Oh, as for "random numbers" I am not using them.. I am just responding to your comment

I am giving you a chance to show your "Situation" with 0% double strike.

That should be the easiest situation as you 3% increase has the greatest effect.

If only that were true.. it would make my day.  But alas, you have shown that you even fail at quitting.

Oh and just in case you were not aware, my build has 2 monk in it.. you can't mix Barbarian and Monk due to alignment restrictions.. it is sad that don't know enough about the game to realize that.

Oh well.. some people just can't learn I guess
