The F model.
Sad but strangely accurate. All wagons are attached to the F train...
I will watch with popcorn.
As for the industry changing-yes it is. And the publishers see it too. There is investment again for the mid tier high quality games. They are finally seeing that games do not have to be NVidia tech demos to be popular. See Wasteland, Pillars of Eternity exc. They are taking real notice of the grassroots professional market. They know we don't need them-from crowd funding, early access, ingame sales stuff and VC's, so the bargaining table is unlike anything the industry has ever seen. Partnerships instead of hostile buyout. Refreshing.

I've been asking that question since the clusterfuck of MotU.
The only answer I have ever got was ' we have invested in him' or some baloney like that. Any other game company you get one failure. That's it and you are out. Even Bill Roper and Lord British never mind...
I always figured he had naked pictures of someone...or something like that..it sure isn't his video game knowledge or leadership ability.
Yobai- i have another job -
www.underworldascendant.com Those are the relevant posts from Majmal. Now I am going to grant, (as I see no reason not to) that Majmal is a former Turbine employee who worked on DDO until the first set of layoffs in
February 2014 & Lord of the Rings Online until the second set of layoffs in
October 2014.
In the thread I pulled posts from, it is just granted that F. Paiz is still employed by and working in Turbine offices. So I am going to ask Majmal directly for confirmation just so it is clear.
Maj, was
still @Turbine when you left in October 2014? What about Kate? & are they still with the company?
Hard to fathom that Fernan-dodo (seems certain text will insert the image *snirks* even in the thread title...) & Kate may still be floating about, after those 2 significant culls in 2014. & after the attitude displayed here:
Especially hard to fathom, when the game
references in the video above, just recently shutdown:
