I would not advise skimping on Int-to-Hit.

Now I remember, with 4 arti levels, you have a 2nd level arti spell, so you can use Insightful Strikes for Int to hit and use those 2 AP for HP. Obviously if you prefer a different arti spell, you can take Int to hit in Harper instead.

I would consider skipping Improved Precise Shot. Take an extra Weapon Focus maybe.

IPS lost a lot of value when reaper came out. To consistently hit more than one target you have to expose yourself to attacks. And this build is a glass cannon.

So at the highest difficulty, you can't use it most of the time without becoming a soul stone, and at lower difficulty everything gets mowed down in the blink of an eye. Seems like you might as well be in AF full time. That's why I'm considering not taking IPS. I want to compare on live servers first though.
