Optimal build for dps?

Ignoring any and all factors besides dps, what is the highest dps build at the moment?
Wolf (10drd/6rgr/4ftr), tempest str khopesh (20rgr), assassin dex blitz (20rog), shiradi w/ pots (13wiz/4fvs/3wlk or 10sor/6wiz/4fvs), or something else?
I'm going to be testing the above listed builds, as well as, any suggested when lamm opens up in the coming month.
Thanks in advance for any and all help/responses.

long thread, lot of info there.
Wolf and trees.
I suspect goldie's shiradi template would come out to around 50-60 seconds on joy-joy.
ddint test :
warlock
mech
shuri
goldie
assassins
also didnt get to try kensei after the live patch. will get around to trying most of those next lama build.

Thank you for the link and all the effort spent testing!
Don't think anything (non-wolf) will match that wolf time you have posted. Just wow!
If you don't mind me probing for more details, what were your hp/prr/ac/dodge at (rough guess if you don't have an exact number please)?

In the hands of an expert, sure. But a newb would struggle to control the power of this one.

That's better. For those of you in the dark (no pun intended) "newb" is short for "New Black"; someome who, while genetically African-American, has no semblance of a black identity; synonymous with "Uncle Tom."

That build has the defenses of an eggshell. Literally nothing besides dodge. It's just to get the fastest lama kobold time
. It can be played but it will need huge number of past lives, will need to use dodge rotations like Meld, and Elab Parry, and displace clickies, forcefield/shadow cookie, etc.
Tilo's sneakzilla has defensive roll while still having insane dps and can go in heavy armor if needed.

20 US/ES/SE Warlock, because you can pull 30 mobs at a time. Fey of course, for wings when slowed by red alert to pull another 5.
But that's just in 99% of the game.

I was going for single target damage (because that's where it counts in LE shroud).
Wouldn't tree be better aoe dps anyways? I mean I haven't seen a single warlock solo EH (or for that matter even EN) doj, whereas tree builds are capable of doing it with ease (even the old, harder doj).

Impressive - figured it was only a matter of time that someone would be able to given the raids nerfing. Still really impressive accomplishment!

Live testing and calcs is showing it is on part with ranger.
More hp, more prr. Self-heals aren't as good and less incorp / dodge.
Ranger is better IMO if you have the hp PLs. I'm able to hit 2350 hp though with a LGS set and tovens on the fighter though---so I can take a direct hit from Sor'jek and survive.
It's nice to have cleaves / laywaste on a TWF after not having done that for years---need 4+ targets though for it to be worth it.

If single target DPS is your only consideration, you want pure dex assassin in LD.

12fighter/6ranger/2paladin with kensei, tempest stuff (thousand cuts dance of death), divine might, and know the angles? Curious how that would compare to other options.

that should be good due to trip boosting. probably around the same as 15/5 pally tempests now.

Cleric has more dps than any two of these builds put together if all you want is single target boss burst. Maybe even more than any three of these...
Mmm, in a raid setting...

Will lose crit expansion or DoD there somewhere since you can't take 2 Tier 5s and Ranger crit expansion is at Level 12.

11 Rogue 6 Fighter 3 Ranger w/Khopesh
Tier 5 Kensai, rest pts in StD defensive stance, tempest 10% off hand, harper int to hit/dmg and KtA
Should have about 8 sneak dice with expanded range/multiplier on khopesh.
