That's because Stealer of Souls was SUPPOSED to be a raid, but it was never completed as such because... reasons.

But the Purple Named raid boss in a 6-man quest with a long and complicated (re)flagging process and a very dubious (in today's terms) loot payout means it never gets run.

Unless it's those perverse people who are still Reaper streaking at Level 17.  Shocked

I thought that Reaver's could have new life it they updated the Dragontouched Armours and re-worked the flagging mechanic.

Just adding slots to the armours would likely be enough to get it done, and get the effects scaled to match current lootgen/ crafted.

Make a better barter window too, so the bullshit random runes aren't the same monumental pain they are now.

Then either have SoS Auto-flagged when the 3 dragonshards were handed in or made it so you could remain "perma-flagged" like Titan Awakes (another abandoned raid and quest area).

Alas. Just more Wishful thinking...   Undecided

  Easy answer, don't suck. Coal is some of the easiest and quickest xp in vale. Love the double helix, know the double helix and embrace the double helix.... that is all it takes.

Obviously sir you never had a full party agree to a all grease/sleet storm, no fom/feather fall in coal chambers night.  That's some of the best shit I've ever witnessed on ddo.  The quest took like 4 hours.  Laughter is the best medicine.    Cheesy
  
You'll be fine if you just wash the main four parts of the body.  Armpits, Asshole, Crotch & Teeth.  In fact to save time, you can use the same brush on all four parts.
