See now you are just creating reasons not too. You only need to move one. Pick something at cap. Try a server with an active endgame and see how you go. You can always farm more points with all those alts.

Carpone's on the high-side but 22 is way below the median.

Carpone's builds are meant for largely completed characters and/or people who want to understand the mechanics behind how certain play styles work.

The amount of talking you do about this game, you should have at least a toon Reaper capped. If you can't figure out how to get more than 22 reaper points, it's not really worth a discussion, but my advice would be: 1. Find a couple of like-minded folks who want a shit ton of RXP 2. Set up a static group and schedule 12-15 hours/week 3. Hit the 75+ level 30 quests on r10 for about 1M RXP per life 4. Reaper wings in 4+ weeks from 0 RXP 5. ????? 6. What's the Assassinate gear for? A bird? What's the primary reason for the Impulse spell power? BTW...the Thunderforged Impulse spellpower is 144, not 150. That changed when the scaling changed a few updates ago.
