Best players and best exploiters are not mutually exclusive.  It is entirely possible to be both, and in fact, is more likely.

I haven't played for a long time, but I did just verify that several of the techniques I know to do things still work.

For those of you, who are starting over, I'd be happy to share some of these. One in particular is guaranteed to not be bannable by ssg and makes for easy epic pls. It won't get your characters back but will help you along the way - maybe others can fill in the remaining gaps. I know of some other partial exploits that might be a way to gain back other parts/pieces.

Send me a pm on an account that's been active for a while, one that I can 100% distinguish as a non-ssg sock.

I despise ssg to the point of almost irrationality - anything to be a thorn in their side.

I'm using a sock because I haven't played in so long that I didn't even bother to migrate these passwords over when switching to a new computer. My old account name was hydra.

Do we think the duration of the ban was based on something other than how much you used the exploit (prior offenses, VIP/money contributed, etc) or do we think that the GMs were arbitrarily deciding how fucked they wanted you to be?

note: i was retired xD I'm glad I did not use any exploits in the last week.

I havn't heard of anyone on Khyber but I don't ask questions or care to pay attention to exploits.

Anyone who runs with me regularly knows how I feel about it so they don't do it or don't share the fact if they do.

None of those banned or deleted are "top" players.  Just weak-sauce bitches.

Top players DO NOT need to exploit for any reason.

I can't speak to other servers, as I don't play there.  But none of the top players on Khyber were banned or had characters deleted.  There were players who were banned, they just aren't part of the end game raiding/reaper/PL scene. 

That may or may not be true of other servers.   

Any update on Khyber toons booted?  I only know of 1 so far.
