From the admittedly small sample size of people I've spoken to who've had characters deleted, the progression seems to be

CATEGORY ONE: 7 day ban
CATEGORY TWO: 30 day ban
CATEGORY THREE: 30 day ban + offending character(s) deleted

I haven't heard of anybody who has a 7 day ban getting any characters deleted, and I haven't heard of anybody who had a character deleted who received less than a 30 day ban.

It's probably safe to assume that if you have a 7 day ban, none of your characters have been/will be deleted.
I'd also assume that they've already deleted all of the characters they plan to delete.

But hey, this is Turbine SSG, so you never know...

I emailed them the day of the ban. They responded a few days later with this:
“...As a result of your engaging in the use and/or sharing of an exploit, this suspension will remain in full force and effect for 7 days. As I will not be to assist you further with your ban, replies to this email regarding the ban will not receive a response.

Standing Stone Games”

They said 7 days but my 3 mains are all deleted, as far as anyone can tell.
