Lose 2% hp, 5 prr, True seeing, 10 insightful seeker, insightful fort %.

Gain 3 stun DC, +14 accuracy, +5 int ( +2 damage and DC ), fort/reflex saves.

The accuracy alone is worth the swap because it is significant enough to move the grazing roll one whole number down. If you were grazing on a 5 you now graze on a 4, and your criticals fail to confirm on a roll of 3 ( extra to-hit from seeker ) or less.

If you want a gnome life or are struggling with Sharn saves, then this is a good build, but as i said before, if you want the best over all assassin, i'd go halfling Dex based and use a different item\ Ap list
43 Assassin(take Light Armour Masteryx3)
24 TA (alot more dodge cap, more dex, defensive role)
8 for KTA
rest in vistani for Deflect arrow(assuming you already have Deadly Blades on all your daggers)

This should give approx 48% dodge(if you have the reaper points to spend)
Some would disagree and say more Vistani= more DPS, well not always the case in high reapers, which is what i tend to do. So more survivability to me = more DPS.

Ill tr soon for new equipment to Dex based and go something like this

If i am in R10's without a dedicated tank, or in Reaper raids, and it looks like it is going belly up, i'd swap out helm and Boots for LGS HP items, which would give me over 4500-4800(if bard buffed) HP's(not bad for a rogue) with 48% dodge before meld\uncanny. You should be the last man standing.

I know there's lots of HP missing btw. I only have like 42 reaper points. So, dread is mostly filled and some in grim. Plus, I could work LGS back in. Not sure if I like it tho. I'd lose some Direcharge DC..

If you're going to skip on LGS you can use the set I posted above.

Swap out the lgs belt for Sure Strikes and gain Q accuracy, Ins seeker, and QCM 5.
Trade LGS helm for Executioner for insightful deception and relentless fury proc on trash.

The set then gives you more prr from insightful sheltering, and more to-hit than staffy's set from insightful accuracy. While also giving higher Insightful deception than quiver, also gets the fury proc. 

Staffy's set will have room for higher dex from slotting artifact dex +4 because sulo set covers 3d6 sneak and 20 artifact prr. And has higher saves through parrying and resistance 18 vs augmenting resistance.

That's wild.
