both heroic RL scepters
sunken slippers if you want (qual cha 1)
voice
burnscar sash
shattered onyx (cha)
Pendant of the Azure Sky

slot main +8 cha between head, cloak, and ring. Fit con in one of the others.
Honerable mentions: Pansophic & Spinneret




You can also run Flamecleaned set for more defense and swap some stuff. But, the other will carry more dmg/DCs.

Honestly, if you grabbed that necklace, an 8 CHA, and an 8 con item plus the two scepters, you'd be fine.

Shimmer cloak is a +8 cha ML 15. You can find +8 cha or con in sharn rings. Head you might as well go pansophic.

I usually use Canith Crafted for Cha/Insightful Cha and the Esoteric set, few other CC bits to fill in the blanks. But if you're planning to fo amny lives you may want a more complete set like head-meat says.

I use an orb offhand and a con/op greensteel item main-hand. For my last few lives i crafted a throwing dagger because why not.

Empower
Heighten

Then depending on PLs:

-PL Wiz
-Completionist
-SF evocation

(Quicken optional imo)

If you don’t have Wiz or comp add greater spell focus evocation and/or mental toughness

Max cha
Max con
Rest int

Max spell craft
Max umd
Max concentrate

41+ Enh fire savant

I like EK secondary for defenses, more cha, cores for spell power, and the defensive proc. 50% hp = reactive shield thing.

I’d go 6-7 pts into falconry for another CHA depending on racial tree and/or racial AP available.

It’s almost impossible for the BUILD to suck given those broad outlines. You’ll find things you like to tweak. I tended to Max dcs as much as possible. But that’s not necessary. I just like throwing charms and holds at times

Couple folks asked me how/what past lives I had... 3 Paly.. that's it. Litteraly NOTHING else. This was an old toon I never got around to and never really decided what to do with.. for better options and base I've decided to dust them off and get them their past-lives

So yeah.. going to be some serious time investment. Kinda wish I had done this a few months ago.. when all the short-cuts were so readily available.. but oh well...

I did 10 racial lives as sorc with trash gear got from quests (and of course ottos boxes). Just get fireball, DBF, meteor swarm, chain lightning and you will be 20 in no time.

Lot of ottos boxes available across all servers, check the sub-forum.

Yeah.. but since I'm currently unemployed (temp contract ran out), those options are a tad expensive now.. it was WAY cheaper during early summer

I’d consider a bone crusher for level 18-20. Can slot sentient gems in it at level 18. Huge power buff to blow through sharn with.

Agreed. Hard to believe the power boost from a sentient gem makes up for slotting an entirely non-caster item that takes up 2 slots.

Taking the correct feats and class lvls, such as IC:Blunt + Swords to Plowshares + 1 rog, it blows even SoS out of the water.

150k powered sentient gem is retarded OP.

If you're running EE or R1+ sharn, then DCs CAN be an issue. A caster stick with a bunch of CHA or DC sets COULD help a lot. At the very least, it could turn 2 casts into 1, etc.

Worth experimenting with imo if you have the ability to try it.

Sadly I'm all done with my racial lives myself or I would absolutely give this a go. Going to slot a gem as-is because why the hell not? If I do any heroics/epics on my rogue it will be fun to mess with.
