	Whatever they did fixed the connection error I was getting for a week prior to the downtime. So it was clearly not just billing maintenance.

	In-game payments are completely FUBARed atm. You can't pay in-game with paypal at all, and I wasn't able to use a credit either even after going through and updating it on the account website (which apparently fixes most people). I had to buy a code on the DDO market. I'm sure they kinda wanted to bring the DDO store back up and fix all that stuff later, but it's a good thing there's a out-of-game way to buy points that works.

	So U17 was supposed to go live this week, but there's no downtime announcement yet. Guessing it's been postponed due to the fallout from extended billing system downtime...
