	So does Turbine have a list of flaky vendors and service providers that they use exclusively? I know that Turbine is quite content to rarely see even two 9's of uptime, but I don't see why they rely on so many crappy third parties to run services that are critical to their main revenue streams. Of course, these are the same people that gave FoS free reign on loot design....

It's always bothered me that they use Pando. I assume they pay a fee to use it, when instead they could use BitTorrent (or just direct download... bandwidth doesn't cost THAT much). I know that STO used to. It's just better to not have to rely on other parties, especially if they've already goofed before (like when PMB stopped functioning completely for several days during the Lamannia enhancement preview).
