Are they Cl 11 aka at max tier from mabar, or some mid lvl crap version or their CL is random? Huh

The eternal wand is one of the only things I'm interested in myself, and I only need card IX yet to get mine.  If I get mine before someone here confirms I'll let you know but my guess is that they are going to be +1s and non upgradeable, because Turbine.

Well, I finally got a card IX and I have to admit that Turbine didn't Turbine the eternal wands.  I redeemed a IX and a II and got a +11 Eternal Wand of Nimbus of Light.
