This build is superior to ruin king. Ruin king is all about the big crit number, but this build is more consistent.
1) 20% extra crit damage is much less of an increase now, due to other crit multiplier increases. In fact, it's pretty much matched by the 4% crit from T4 AoV. Math:
Assume 70% base crit chance
Base 2.95 crit multiplier for this build (MOK, scion of fire, core 2 TS)
0.2 crit multi increase for ruin king = 5.9% dps increase
4% crit chance increase for this build = 3.3% dps increase
So the 20% crit damage increase is almost completely matched by two more FvS levels.
2) This build has a much easier time gearing out (no 3pc abishai required). With new gear and greensteel, I don't see how you can fit 3pc abishai effectively.
3) More chain missiles - although CM is still majorly bugged, it's clear that you get more procs with more caster levels.
All great points. Im glad someone gets it hehe. I also just like wizards. Gearing out is not a concern though. I have 5 piece abishai along with all of the loots, and I will grind for whatever. I ran DoJ back to back until I got my gloves.

PS... Legendary Aspect of Ash Kama? What do people think? 50% chance to debuff MRR per a missile...also int all over it as a fringe benefit

Rings slots are too valuable IMO (Dire ring and lantern ring). Other decent options for potency slots are belt of seven ideals (+80) halcyon boots (+80) dragon cloak (+76).

consider dropping cloak for a LGS so you free up a neck slot for Embers. quality int 3 and some repair hamp doesnt seem better than 17% to all spells.
Possibly drop goggles for cannoneer's for 10% magical efficiency. Does it stack with epic level 30 10% reduction?

the crit is useless. will only help hellball. you understand how crit works for shiradi...right? i dropped goggles for leg shroud and put epic chord of resonance back. the repair amp is the difference in a 1 hit heal recon and a 3/4 heal recon.

every 6 seconds? you also have the option of taking recon spell to have 2 heals in that case. besides healing for 800 is fine. 1k doesnt make that slot attractive over almost anything else.

I would. Little 7 AP isn't going to make the build OMG uber cannot give them up. I'd rather have an emergency recon while using Scribing as a main.

Yes I was. I'm a DC instakill warlock now. GS nerf pissed me off. Fireball/acid blast are garbage for sp efficiency and damage. Single proc lol

also sonic blast.
then there is single target rotations including scorching ray and forst lance.
but, anyway, you were getting no caster level casts? been randomly experiencing this and i dont know what causes it. it happens on any spell randomly.
