Having a +1 multiplier on a 15 crit range is like adding the base damage of 6 extra regular attacks per 20 attacks.
6d4+100x6=690 average, 1552.5 w/ 125 MP
also an extra multiple on 20 seeker: 20x6=120, 270 w/125 MP
Improved Deception is actually a huge deal, because having it on a weapon stacks with having ID on an accessory, making you twice as likely to SA and shed aggro, and is otherwise not really available on high end weaponry. I won't factor this into DPS though.
=1822.5

Epic Dice:
Greater Maiming adds 16.8 on average, 336 over 20 attacks.
Sovereign Vorpal adds 15 on average vs bosses, 300 over 20 attacks, assuming you confirm every vorpal.
.5[d4]+5 with a 15-20x4 crit(and OC) adds 243.75 over 20 attacks, 548.4375 w/ 125 MP
2 quality sneak attack adds 38 over 20 attacks (assuming you always sneak attack), 109.25 w/ 125 MP
2 quality seeker 15-20x4(and OC) adds 52 over 20 attacks (assuming you confirm all crits), 117 w/ 125 MP
Insightful Seeker 6 with a 15-20x4 crit (and OC) adds 156 over 20 attacks(assuming you confirm all crits), 351 w/ 125 MP
Armor Piercing 20% and Insight Sneak Attack +6 are available in non-weapon slots in greater quantity and so are redundant
=1761.6875

Epic Slice:
Greater Bleed adds 456 over 20 attacks (assuming they bleed)
Heartseeker 6 adds 429 over 20 attacks
2 quality sneak attack adds 38 over 20 attacks (assuming you always sneak attack), 109.25 w/ 125 MP
2 quality seeker with a 15-20x4 crit (and OC) adds 52 over 20 attacks(assuming you confirm all crits), 117 w/ 125 MP

Destruction isn't necessary, but can be slotted if desired.

As you can see, Ass Kiss beats them hands down, singly or together, without even factoring the comparative advantages of increased SA frequency, and increased leverage out of % damage boosters such as helplessness, relentless fury, shadow mastery, etc that do not scale procs.

I do admit it was closer than I thought it would be though.

Can you add the Spectral Dagger to your analysis, 5 Foot?

I'm curious where that comes out in the comparisons. I know it has a lot of specific situational damage mods on them so can you please use the best case scenario for your comparison? Thanks.

Best case scenario vs incorporeal evil outsiders:
Ghostbane 8 adds 44 on average, 836 over 20 attacks
Evil Outsider bane 8 adds 44 on average, 836 over 20 attacks
=2659.4375

Ass Kiss gains 3d6+4 vs incorp though. 14.5 on average over 20 attacks is 275.5 for a total of 2098

Also, Spectral Dagger can't have mythic or reaper bonuses, missing out on up to 7 MP. Which on an assassin type build could be losing out on 220*.1=22*19=418 sneak attack damage and 200*.07=14*19=266 base damage.

Making it 2098 Ass Kiss vs 2021.4375 Spectral.

From the Known issues list of Preview #3:

Currently only named weapons Minimum level 21 and higher accept Sentience. By the time Ravenloft goes live the cutoff is expected to be Minimum Level 20.

If this is true then that means I can just sentify (is that a verb now?) my Esos and not worry at all about swapping my weapon during an ETR. That sounds pretty good tbh.

Well then. Thanks for proving me wrong even if it visually looks like it shouldn't be worth a damn. How about the newest iteration of the Nightmother's weapons. Think that dagger would actually be useful?

I should add; the reason I ask this is due to the Nightmother's weapons supposedly having +2 dice to the normal range of the weapon. IE: The dagger should be 5(1d8) instead of 5(1d4) like other daggers. Also having 9d6 evil damage is an unique damage source, as I recall most mobs aren't immune to evil damage strangely enough.

Honestly, a LOT of the Morninglord weapons are much better for Ravenloft content than any of the previously-released named items.

Considering the UI real estate has enough space for 12 filigree spots, the importance of this feature cannot be understated.  It's only a matter of time before the sentient XP cap is increased from 61k.

Because every release they invalidate every weapon 1-30.  95% of weapons used 1-30 probably come from packs that are 1 year old or older.  For someone who has been around a while, your complete and utter lack of comprehension of game mechanics Is pitiful.

When 95% of weapons are an "exception" its not the "exception".  It's the rule. 

Every update with power creep doesn't invalidate all weapons 1-30 and every crafting system ever.  Most updates with power creep invalidate 2-3 weapons, at best.  The ones with a crafting system (which hasn't happened since L Shroud 2 years ago) invalidate them for a 2 or 3 level range.

Don't make me say something I'm going to have to apologize for later.  There won't be any excuses this time.  I'm having a great day today, business is booming like crazy, and the kids are healthy and at school.
