Mok, there are a couple things you need to understand:
-Strake likes to be entertained by drama,
-At first that was the drama of all P4P's first spam pissing everyone off
-Then it was the Drama of P4P getting turned out by Hags and the aftermath
-Then it was the drama of the vault at large pinning him down into multple chones, like the Angle..etc culminating in the 'big reveal'
-The it was the drama of P4P's crawling back for more abuse
-Then it was pulling the rug from under P4P on the whole island shit
-Then it was the Drama of watching P4P try to ignore as basically every claim he had made was disproved and he was chased all over the vault.
-If you want P4P gone find a more Dramatic way to do it.
-But don't fucking making whiny threads like this
-Strake will not Ban posters unless they make work.
-So stop making threads/posts asking him to, it's up to the Vault to police itself.
By the way, this thread of yours? it breathed life into P4P's battered ego, after he had gotten just brutally hammered and Puerto Potty trained for two weeks, and was finally reduced to hiding from his humiliation in off topic areas like the creatin thread.

Post Edit: Yeah, unfortunately I was right Mok. Go look at the threads, just about the time your thread hit full mast Puerto Potty started shitting all over the place again. That little acknowledgement of yours is what a kid like P4P lives for. Maybe next time read 'the room' first and try to contribute to what was working for others to marginalize P4P instead of giving his fresh legs?
