Item loss on TR CSB (Read 3057 times)

	I got an error message on logging into the beach. "1 item failed to move into TR cache. Please relog to try again, contact CS if this message continues." Relog, same message, open ticket, copy paste error message, log out. I still don't know what's missing, but I figure I'll just play my alt until it gets sorted. 10-15 minutes later a notification pops saying to log on the other character so they can mail my item to me. (With which I was pleasantly surprised since it was kinda late and I figured they wouldn't get to it until the next day.) Switched back to the TR'd character, and it worked like a charm. The item was waiting in my mailbox right away. So glad they were able to save my 55 +1 Arrows.�

	Was also ammo when it happened to me recently ..... them masterwork bolts I was really glad to get back! But yeah, was a crazy hour of the day and it was sorted within 5 minutes for what it's worth.

	Hmm... same thing happened to a guildie recently and it was some deneith arrows or something. Seems to be a trend. Two possible takeaways from this. 1) stacks of ammunition are more problematic and likely to be hit by the TR bug than any other stackable or non-stackable items or 2) SSG screwed up their item loss tracking code and it's arrows all the way down... Occam's razor and SSTurbine's track record suggest number 2 as a good possibility.

	I recently lost over 6K worth of Cannith essences while trying to craft from the storage. Big Mistake, never fucking again. Crafting storage is shit and worse than TR cache now.

What's more plausible: Sev's deep understanding of the underpinnings of DDO and his willingness to accept that something done by DDO staff is less than perfect has led not only to examination and repair of an existing system, but customer facing logging that results in accountability for performance. - or - TR results in randomly receiving arrows in the mail, or (less likely) if the post-Rincarnation item count is less than pre-reincarnation item count, canned message with random arrows are mailed. You can't catch non-ammo items if you don't look for them.
