Here's an enhancement list. I'm not sold on it yet...hate not getting to No Mercy but getting there is extremely expensive in stuff we don't need that badly. 1 less wisdom than if we got to No Mercy and also bought the last point of wisdom in that tree.

I could see dropping some of the Kensei but we have a minimum there that's only 3 points lower than what we spent if we want the tactics. We could easily drop Henshin for 3 more points but that still would only boost Ninja Spy to 19 points. In order to get into the T4 stuff in Ninja Spy (including No Mercy) we'd have to dump a rank of Healer's Friend (that gets us to 21 points) and lose one of the T5's from Shintao or some points in Tactics. Not willing to dump there.

The only other option I see for different spending would be to drop some of the Kensei boosts to fit in Weapon Group Spec from Kensei for +1 to-hit and damage. Giving up 1 boost for +1 to-hit and damage all the time could make sense. You could also try and snag some more points from T1 Kensei or Henshin to fit in Improved Power Attack in Warforged.

I couldn't afford the AP, would be short a feat, and the lower dex would be a big headache on feat qualifications. I wish I could make that work but the feats and AP both are really too tight for a third class.

went backed and fixed my math again because on crits I was doing Full Crit DMG PLUS full base dmg for inflated totals. But, O.Crit still adds about 18dmg per attack.

Math IS hard yo.

Meh, it's still a huge difference. I was hoping just thinking about 'low crit profile, staying in fire stance' that it wouldn't be necessary. It makes the stats easier (can do 14 starting strength, all level-ups to wisdom, etc), it makes the feats easier, and can make it possible to fit in Whirlwind. It's just too much damage given up for too little in return. Sad

I've penned out some dmg calcs on my anticipated setup (hb ring, sneak/excsneakitem)

I'm looking at about 300 total dmg per attack on avg BEFORE stun.

That's pretty hot.  I'll get specifics on my plan with feats and enh and post prolly tomorrow.

The feat only matters if you were running in windstance (lol).

For earth/water/fire you'll never notice the difference at all. netgain. 1feat.

Feat quals are fine so are stats:

AP is a little tight, but given the self healing, totally worth it.

I dunno why there is even a discussion on other stances lol

I mean Earth is too frigging good, "Violence begets Violence" up to +5 critical threat in earth stance (with 1d8 fists its even better), can get 69 PRR (Planar prowess included), 90 AC without building for it, and it still has +1 ki on hit effect, and ofc the most important one +1 crit multiplier on 19-20.

It doesn't hurt your wis score like Fire does and Meditation of War doesn't work for Drifting Lotus or EiN.

Some of these guys clearly don't use Inner Focus every 3mins.

Sustaining Ki really isn't that hard in earth stance.

For those who can't manage, it's not hard to swap to fire stance occasionally either.

If you were in Earth I'd think it would be worth it though.
