Quote:So many of you seem obsessed with Turbine and Jerry, if half the posters on this thread put half as much effort into the game as Notharharhar puts into his build ideas you would all have Mosters of your own. And if you put the effort you waste trying to bully and accuse Notharharhar into constructive ideas you would all have triple completionists by now and there would be nothing Cordovan could do to stop it.
Since DropBear highlighted this pablum, I'm gonna go ahead and point out the godawful math on display. Divide the posters in this thread (P) in half = P/2. Divide the effort Nothar puts into his build ideas in half = NotEffort/2. (Does "you would all" = P? I'm gonna go with P.) "Mosters" (M) seems to mean one Moster per poster. (There's a Seuss-rhyme in here, but I'm gonna stay focused, for a change.)
(P/2) + {(NotE)/2} = P Mosters.
Therefore P + NotE = 2P M.
Therefore NotE = P M.
Checks out so far. Nothar's effort at creating Mosters is equal to the effort of all the posters in the thread at creating Mosters. Unless somebody other than Nothar GAF about making Mosters, this is obvious, since Nothar is a poster in this thread, and Nothar + 0 = Nothar.
"[T]he effort you waste trying to bully [...] Nothar into constructive ideas" is punctuation-challenged. Does this mean Nothar can't be bullied into constructive ideas? Whatever. The effort wasted can be calculated using the formula, Poster Moster Effort = P triple completionists (3c),
or bully and accuse (b+a) performing a mysterious function (F?) on NotEffort.
P (ME) = (b+a) F? NotE.
P (ME) = P (3c).
Therefore ME = 3c.
NotE = P M.
Therefore ME = {(b+a) F? P M} - P.
Further, if {(b+a)E F? Not},
then, M = {(b+a)E F? Not} - P - E.
You have to subtract
all the posters from putting effort into bullying and accusing Nothar to get Mosters, not half.
Welcome back, Shade!
