Given that most people are doing ITR's these days vs. the traditional TR from 1 with a standard class, PL builds that use two classes are relatively limited value. You can get 15 PL's from ITR. Enough for a Completionist. Even then, a lot of people find the 15-30 grind easier than the 1-20.

I do love the double dip. It's not like I expect anyone to grind out every past life on this, just the distasteful ones. Still it's should be easy enough to extrapolate gnome/sun elf/PDK for wiz/cleric/fighter lives. Shadar Kai can be use to get any past life if you prefer iconic to heroic. For me, doing the low level stuff again is a breath of fresh air after trying to grind out as many ERs and IRs as possible before the level cap increase to 30 hit.

Not really. I mean this build was obviously made to take advantage of Swashbuckler as a TR train tool back when Swash was the strongest enhancement tree for melee. That is no longer the case. It is specifically designed to get you past life's other than Bard.
That being said it is not horrible if you want to do a melee bard. You don't need all 4 rogue levels as you can (and should) use Vistani as your secondary dmg tree instead of Assassin.
I too am doing a bard life next (last life needed for completionist) but I plan to take the easy route and go Scoundrel and Inquisitive. Ain't no reason to do anything else as Inquisitive is just so strong right now. Add the bard buffs for free and you'll be decent right out of the box.

People like to dunk on swash because it is outshined at cap.
It actually still has a lot to offer for heroics though. Your crit profile comes online at level 3. You get haste and displacement for free. Built-in heals. Etc.
I'd take a swash over a tempest for heroics anyday. I'd build it a bit differently now though.

I just play the game to have fun. Sure, I enjoy Reaper - but I only ever really run 1 skull. Furthermore, I'm just trying to get 'Completionist' - So I only really go as far as 20...

Well, if you're going for a bard life rather than using bard to get a different life, you might want to look at more bard levels:

Just wanted to drop in and say I'm running a pure bard/scoundrel right now with Tier 5 Warchanter. Only level 16 but it is much stronger than I thought it would be. Those Warchanter buffs really add up.
I'm going single wpn/shield mastery as above and the dps is nice but the freezing stuns Warchanter give me are hitting almost all the time.
Temporary hp I give the party is a pretty big deal too since it refreshes every 10 seconds or so.
Anyway quick note i expected to hate this bard life but that is not the case in the least.

I'm currently running an Axe and Board PDK Swashy. It sure gets the job done for the most part. I deal pretty decent damage and crit like a madman.
