Assuming they fixed the racial crit multi, you should be able to invest heavily in AA on a pure cleric and get a good paralyze/terror DC while contributing some DPS. It would be advantageous to
not be pure cleric, but it should work. It would be very similar to in concept to the clonkshur I posted, but with a bow and no monk.
