But, it's MUCH less useful. It's more utility. You can out DPS trash pulls with it, and you CAN cc with it. I have a salt throwing knife. So, on my thrower build, I helped CC sometimes. Also pin/ottos effects will hit multiples. Becomes more niche for sure. It's not critical. The only time I missed it is when I would solo or short-man. Then it mattered in terms of efficient quest completion. But in terms of raids? It's almost useless unless you're playing low diff.
