Some may call this "spin", but that's how it was originally and always planned. Calling this a punishment reasonably reflects current feelings and is certainly fine feedback - and comments about it being harder to know this from just being in game is good feedback as well, though we tried to be careful to say "level cap" and not "level 28" in the in-game text, as far as I know. Reaching only level 28 was always intended as pre-emptive easing of the Epic Reincarnation loop until we put in more quests, even beyond level 28 (which has happened since Update 20). I like his preemptive addressing of the spin.� Does that mean he is spinning the spin?� I think he just watched Inception.� Regardless, I'd like to see what the number is for the new cap. It's not 6.6 mill. It's not 10 mill. So what the fuck is it?

Something linear like that is undoubtedly not going to happen. Would be nice to flatten it out since you get the biggest bang just for getting to lvl 20 and using your maxed out EDs. If they had made it where you couldn't use the different tiers of the EDs all at once, more xp per level would feel ok due to the incremental power on the way up. They didn't.

	As for the XP, I was expecting 10M. It's gotta be more than 6.6 and I'd expect a nice flat number so maybe 8 or 9. Then again they may do some weird number like 6.6 and make it 9.6 or something.

Yeah, 27-28 already drag far too much for me, even with pots running. Without must be a nightmare. They need to redistribute like you've suggested, or similar, and not add too much. --- Plenty of epic content, hmmm. How about plenty of good epic content?

	Turbine did originally promise that the level cap increase would be an increase in XP for ETRs. But they also promised that ITRs would be able to choose any class at level 1.
