NEW: Randomly-generated weapons now generate either martial or caster effects on a given item. Because a simple 50/50 is so much easier and yet still a stupid way to do it. Well, at least I'll be able to find handwraps for my dogs and iron defenders that don't have spell power on them.

Aw… who am I kidding? It will probably do nothing to improve interest in the Cannith challenges.
I see a distinct lack of any mention of their prior plans to add augment slots in place of being craftable.
Also, scaling effects can't help but be good for Cannith gear, especially given the massive power burst that NRL brought to itemization.

An intern got bored for a couple hours = Best QoL update since they decided to stop fucking everyone over with Single Window Fighting.
Surest sign of micromanagement. The game improves x100 when the employees (or reasonable facsimiles thereof) are accidentally given decision power over what to do with their time.
Seriously. It took her about 2 hours to eliminate a cool half dozen ways that the had game lied to the players for literally years. Imagine the progress that could be made if Turbine hired some developers to work on DDO!

I really appreciate the torch waving over here, but I did basically nothing during my month on the dev team in comparison to the rock stars that sat near me.
Those 'rock stars' had ignored issues which had been reported multiple times across multiple years by multiple people. Just flat out ignored them. And you showed exactly how trivial it was to correct them. Rock stars should produce some music every now and again.

Don't get me wrong, Turbine has had its share of horrible management issues...
Well, so much for your chances of returning.
